How long is the free trial available?
After signup you get a 7-day free trial with full functionality. If that's not enough — we'll extend access and help with onboarding.
How long does it take to launch?
Usually 1–2 business days: we connect the account, import data, set up roles and access, and create classes, groups and schedules.
Are there limits on the number of students, teachers and administrators?
No. UMAI CRM has no limits on the number of students, teachers and administrators. You can add an unlimited number of users in any role at no extra cost.
Can I upgrade from the basic to the full plan?
Yes, anytime. Access to Kanban and advanced features opens immediately after upgrade.
Do you help with onboarding and integrations?
We provide free consultations by email and WhatsApp. Always. However, if you need full "turnkey" integration, we will do it absolutely free when you pay for a 1-year plan: set up the account, import data, connect integrations, and train the team. In other cases, the service is paid - 100,000 KZT.
Can I bulk import data (e.g., from Alfa CRM)?
Yes. We support import from Qosymsha.kz, Alfa CRM and Bitrix24 — we'll create classes, students, schedules and payments. We help migrate from other CRMs too.
How much does messaging and multichannel communication cost?
This feature is included in the "Center Management and Sales Control" plan. The plan costs 100 $ per month. No hidden fees or third-party modules required for messaging and multichannel communication.
Can you add features that are not yet in the CRM?
We regularly update the system based on client requests. If a new feature is useful and relevant for most learning centers, it can be added to the core functionality.
We offer 7 days of free testing with no card required. If the system doesn't fit — you simply don't renew. No hidden charges, penalties or obligations.
Are updates paid?
No. All updates, new features and improvements are included in the subscription. You always work on the latest version — no extra charges.
How do you ensure data security?
We use backups, access control, encryption and protected infrastructure with DDoS protection.

How do I add multiple users to one account with different access levels?
In Settings — "Roles" you create access levels (owner, manager, teacher, etc.), and in "Access" you add staff and assign the appropriate permissions. Each user sees only the sections and actions they are allowed.
