How much does custom development cost?
From 60 $ per development hour. We name the exact number of hours after the task is agreed — the estimate is free.
Do we pay monthly to maintain the customization?
No. We are the developers of the system itself, so the customization evolves along with it. There is no separate monthly fee for keeping it running.
Will the customization break when the system is updated?
No. Customizations live inside Umai and are taken into account during updates — unlike external solutions written on top of someone else's CRM.
What if other centers need the same thing?
Then we can make it part of the system and reduce the price for you. We will say so honestly at the estimate stage.
Is there an open API?
Umai does not have a public API with open documentation yet. Integrations with external systems are built by our team as custom development — for your specific task, with support after launch.
How long does development take?
A small integration or report — a few days. Larger tasks are estimated separately and split into stages.
Who owns the result?
The customization works in your account for as long as your subscription is active. We put the terms in writing before the work starts.
