Four rules we keep when it comes to services
Questions about how the system works, bugs, "where do I find it" and "how do I do it" are handled by support on WhatsApp and email — with no limits, on any plan.
We do not count in 45-minute "academic" hours. And we do not charge extra per participant in a session.
Purchased and included hours live for the whole subscription period. Tasks come up unevenly in a learning center — that is normal.
If the task can be solved with the standard tools or by your own administrator, we say so directly and charge nothing.
No. Umai is configured without a developer and support is free. Services are for those who do not want to spend their team's time on setup.
With a 6-month payment — 5 hours of expert work (200 $ worth of services). With a 12-month payment — 7 hours plus turnkey implementation (580 $ worth of services). On the Basic plan services are paid separately.
40 $ per full hour. Packages from 10 hours are cheaper. The same hour can be spent on training or on configuration. On the Basic plan services are paid separately.
