Frequently asked questions
How do I connect WhatsApp? Do I need a new number?
We connect the number your center already uses: regular WhatsApp via QR code in a few minutes, WhatsApp Business API through our partner Aisar. You do not need a new number.
What about Instagram?
You need an Instagram business account linked to a Facebook page. We connect it together with you at launch, and Direct messages arrive in the same queue as WhatsApp.
What happens to old chats?
Past conversations stay on the phone. All new messages from the moment you connect go to Umai and are saved in the client card.
How many administrators can work in the chats?
As many as you like: there is no limit on staff. Everyone has their own login, every lead has an owner, and the director sees all conversations.
Which plan includes chats?
WhatsApp and Instagram chats, the lead funnel and robots are in the «Extended+» plan: 108 $ per month when paid annually or 129 $ when paid monthly. The AI bot that answers clients on its own is in the «AI centre management» plan. «Basic» covers record-keeping without the funnel or chats.
