This window contains information about all receipts of the center. At the top there are filters that help quickly find the required transaction: search by payer, by description, and also a period selector by date.
- Search by payer allows you to find transactions by a specific person or organization that made the payment.
- Search by description lets you find transactions by keywords that were entered in the comment for the record.
- The period selector helps display transactions for a specific time range
Next to the filters there is a dropdown for selecting the income category. It allows filtering transactions by categories, for example purchase of a Membership, a single Class, a trial lesson and others.
There is also a dropdown labeled "Payment source", which filters receipts by the payment method:
- Bank transfer;
- Internet acquiring;
- Cash;
- Card payment via terminal;
- Kaspi QR.
Adding income
To add a new income use the "Add income" button on the right side of the screen. A form will open where you will need to specify the date, amount, payment source and income category.
The main table contains the following columns:
- # — the sequential number of the transaction in the list.
- Payer — who paid the money (if specified).
- Amount — the size of the receipt in tenge.
- Payment date — when the payment was made.
- Payment source — the payment method (cash, bank transfer, internet acquiring, etc.).
- Description — additional comments for the transaction.
The total sum of incomes for the selected period is displayed at the top of the table. By clicking the "eye" icon you can open the transaction details. If you have permission, the record can be edited or deleted. The total sum of incomes for the selected period is displayed at the top of the table.
