Notifications

The section is used to send messages to clients and Leads. It allows you to inform about important events, remind about Payment, congratulate Students on their birthday, and notify about the absence of a Membership.

Different types of mailings are available inside the section. Some notifications are sent manually, others work automatically based on system data.

Access to the section

The section is located in the system sidebar menu. After opening it, a list of notification types is displayed.

Each subsection is responsible for a separate message type and has its own settings.

Notification subsections

The following types of mailings are available in the section:

• One-time mailing (Разовая рассылка) — used for manual sending of messages to a selected audience. Suitable for news, promotions, and announcements.
• Birthday congratulations (Поздравление с ДР) — automatic sending of congratulations to clients on their birthday.
• Payment reminder (Напоминание об оплате) — notifications to clients about the need to renew a Membership or make a Payment.
• No membership (Отсутствие абонемента) — message to clients who do not have an active Membership.
• Mailing history (История рассылок) — a list of all sent messages with the ability to check sending results.

Important to consider

• Messages are sent only to contacts with a filled phone number or email address.
• Certain types of notifications are sent automatically based on system data.
• The mailing history allows you to check which messages have already been sent to clients.
