Timeline

The "Timeline" mode is used for a visual view of the Schedule of all Teachers during the day.

In this format, Classes are placed on a time line, which allows you to quickly see Teachers' workloads, free intervals, and possible time overlaps.

This view is especially convenient for an administrator when you need to quickly assess the center's load and find free time to enroll new Students.

Main blocks

  1. Access to the section

  2. Main interface elements

  3. Creating Classes

  4. Viewing and editing a Class

1. Access to the section

The section is opened through the side menu "Schedule".

After navigating, you need to select the display mode "Timeline" in the right part of the top panel.

In this mode the Schedule of all Teachers for the current day is displayed.

2. Main interface elements

Top control panel

The top part of the page is responsible for filtering the Schedule and creating Classes.

Here you can:

  • select a specific Teacher to see only their Classes;

  • filter the Schedule by rooms;

  • specify the type and format of Classes;

  • enable display of archived (completed) Classes;

  • click "+ Add" to create a new series of Classes.

The panel helps to quickly manage the Schedule display and control the center's load.

Period navigation

The date controls are located below.

The buttons allow you to navigate the Schedule:

  • "Prev" — move to the previous day
  • "Next" — move to the next day

  • "Today" — return to the current date

The currently selected date is displayed in the center of the panel.

Schedule zoom

In Timeline mode there are "Zoom −" and "Zoom +" buttons.

With them you can:

  • decrease the zoom to see more hours on the screen;

  • increase the zoom for a more detailed view of Classes.

This is especially useful with a dense Schedule.

Schedule grid

The main part of the page is a time scale of Classes.

In this mode:

  • Teachers are displayed vertically;

  • time of day is displayed horizontally.

Each row corresponds to an individual Teacher and shows their Classes during the day. Classes are displayed as colored blocks placed on the time line.

Inside the block the following are indicated:

  • Class name;

  • number of Students;

  • additional information (for example price or Class format).

The block length corresponds to the duration of the Class.

The red vertical line shows the current time, which helps you quickly orient in the Schedule.

3. Creating Classes

In "Timeline" mode there are two ways to add a Class:

  • using the "+ Add" button

  • by clicking on an empty area in the row of the required Teacher on the time scale

After clicking, the event type selection window opens:

  • Class (add a series of Classes)

  • Trial lesson

Further filling of parameters is performed the same way as in other Schedule modes.

4. Viewing and editing a Class

Any Class on the time line is interactive. When you click on a Class block, the "Class Details" panel opens. The panel displays:

  • Class name;
  • room (if specified);
  • time of holding;
  • days of the week;
  • time;
  • Teacher;
  • number of Students;
  • list of Students.

Using the controls at the top of the panel you can edit Class parameters, change the Students composition, or adjust other settings.

Important to consider

  • Changing the time or date of a Class affects Visits and Memberships deductions.
  • Deleting a Class removes it from attendance calculations and reports.
  • Assigning a Teacher affects their workload and display in filters.
  • Time overlaps can lead to conflicts for a room or employee.

In practice the Schedule becomes the control point of all educational activity. Any change made immediately affects attendance, staff workload, and management metrics.
