The price does not grow with your base
In Umai the subscription per center is flat: 300 students or 30 costs the same.
Umai CRM is a vertical CRM for learning centers built in Kazakhstan: sales and WhatsApp/Instagram, an AI bot that answers clients on its own, schedule, attendance, memberships and payments (including Kaspi), teacher payroll and mobile apps for the team and students — all in one system.
Alfa CRM is a mature record-keeping system for learning centers with a long history on the market. For a center in Kazakhstan the difference from Umai comes down to three things. First, the pricing model: in Alfa CRM the plan is priced by the number of active students and grows with your base, while the client portal, triggers, telephony, push and branches are sold as separate modules. Second, sales and communication: a lead board, WhatsApp and Instagram inside the card, robots and an AI bot are part of our product. Third, local fit: Kaspi, tenge, the Kazakh language and data on servers in Kazakhstan.

Portal, branches, triggers, push and broadcasts are in the plan, not separate lines on the invoice.
Kaspi POS and QR payment by the parent, tenge, a Kazakh interface, servers in Kazakhstan. Importing from Alfa CRM is a standard free procedure.
How we counted →On the left, what happens. On the right, a live Umai screen — not a description of a feature.
A mother messages you on Saturday night. In Umai the conversation opens right inside the CRM: the AI bot answers on its own, knows the timetable and the open seats, books a trial class — and one tap on «Card» unfolds the lead beside it, with phone number, stage and owner.
Six months later, when that same mother comes back to renew, the whole conversation is in her card — not on the phone of an admin who has since left.
The amount is calculated from the classes actually paid for in the period — allowing for substitutions, co-teaching and days off. The teacher sees the same payslip in the mobile app, so there is nothing to argue about.
Seven calculation schemes: per class, per hour, a share of payments, a share of working days, per day, salary, and salary plus a share.
Three classes before it ends, a robot messages the parent on WhatsApp and assigns a task to the admin, while the student's card moves to the «up for renewal» stage on the client board. Nobody has to remember anything — the event happens by itself.
Eighteen such scenarios come ready out of the box and switch on in two clicks: trial reminder, first visit, missed class, overdue payment, birthday. No integrator required.
Not at month end after a reconciliation, but as a single number on the dashboard. For every debtor: the amount, the group and a «send a WhatsApp reminder» button. The debt appears by itself when a student attends a class and there is no payment.
The parent can clear it themselves: the portal and the mobile app show the remaining classes, the amount owed and a Kaspi QR payment.
Comparing by typical learning center tasks: communications, class tracking, finances, payroll, automation and scaling.

The scenes above showed how it looks. Here are three things you only see over the long run: how the product is built, what the plan includes, and what the first year actually costs.
In Alfa CRM the plan is set by the number of active students — those who attended a class in the last 30 days: up to 100 is «Start», up to 200 is «Business», beyond that «Personal». The logic is fair: a small center pays little. The flip side is that the center's success increases the bill.
In Umai the subscription is flat and does not depend on the number of students, groups or staff. For a growing center that changes planning: what the system costs is known a year ahead.
This is the main practical difference. In Alfa CRM modules connect on top of the subscription: SMS and email, IP telephony, the client portal, push, triggers, mandatory notifications, Telegram alerts, payment collection and the branch system. There are option bundles that come out cheaper than picking them one by one.
In Umai all of that is part of the plan. Student and parent portals, branches, roles and permissions, push, broadcasts, reports, stock and the time tracker are in the subscription; «Advanced+» adds chats and robots, «AI» adds the AI layer.
For a center in Kazakhstan this is no small thing. Paying the subscription in roubles, no Kaspi among the payment methods, an interface without Kazakh, support in another time zone and student data outside the country — each point is bearable on its own, together they add up to daily friction.
Umai is a Kazakh product: Kaspi POS and Kaspi Provider, QR payment by the parent right in the portal, tenge, a Kazakh interface and notifications, servers in Kazakhstan, support during your working day. Importing from Alfa CRM is standard for us and free.
The subscription is only part of the spend. We count everything that lands in the budget.
Subscription plus a typical set of modules, a messaging service and one-off setup. Every center picks a different set of modules — the total depends on what you need.
* An indicative calculation based on the official Alfa CRM pricing as of 20.09.2026, converted at the National Bank of Kazakhstan rate on the publication date. The plan is set by the number of active students; modules are paid for separately. The cost of a third-party messaging service follows providers' public rates. Check current terms with the vendor.
Three stories from different niches — what it was like before and what changed after.
«Our whole network of children's centers moved to Umai CRM — records, communication and payments are now in one place.»
«Before installing a CRM I studied and compared a lot of systems. Umai's main advantage is that every function we need is gathered in one system.»
«WhatsApp chats and automatic notifications took the load off our admins — more sign-ups, fewer missed classes.»

We'll train your staff — launch in 1–2 days.

If your daily work involves WhatsApp/Instagram, schedules, attendance, payments and payroll — what matters is not "just a CRM" but a system where everything is connected.
Basic tracking is enough and you're ready to set up communications and automation via external solutions.
We'll demo Umai on your scenario: how we handle leads, calculate attendance and payroll, and which robots save admin time.
